Founding Member Terms
Effective date: August 1, 2026
These Founding Member Terms supplement the Terms of Service and control over them if they conflict.
1. The offer
The Founding Member program is limited to the first 50 customers who purchase a Founding Member subscription (we may in our discretion honor a small number of additional purchases completed nearly simultaneously). The Founding Member price is $1,788 per year, billed annually, which includes the Professional feature set.
2. Price lock ("grandfathering")
Your Founding Member price will not increase for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Continuity works as follows:
(a) Failed renewal payments don't immediately end your price lock: you have a 30-day cure period from the failed charge, during which your access continues and we retry payment and notify you. If payment succeeds within the cure period, continuity is preserved.
(b) Loss of the price lock. Your Founding Member pricing ends permanently if: the cure period lapses without payment; you cancel your subscription (effective at the end of the paid period); or you receive a refund under the Guarantee (Section 3). You are welcome to subscribe again at the then-current list price.
(c) No pause. Subscriptions cannot be paused while retaining the price lock.
(d) Founding Member subscriptions renew automatically each year at $1,788 until cancelled, per the auto-renewal terms in the Terms of Service (including the ~30-day advance renewal reminder).
3. The Founding Member Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; ACH refunds typically take 5–10 business days. A refund ends your subscription and your Founding Member status, and releases your slot. The Guarantee applies only to Founding Member subscriptions — standard monthly and annual plans carry no refund right (see Terms of Service §5(d)); the free trial is the way to evaluate before buying a standard plan.
4. Slots, trials, and availability
Founding Member status is secured only upon completed payment. Using a free trial does not reserve a slot; the offer may sell out while you are trialing. When 50 slots are filled (subject to Section 1's discretion), the offer closes; if a slot is released by refund or cancellation while the offer period remains open, we may make it available again. Any count of available slots we show on our website is updated on a reasonable schedule and is not a real-time commitment.
5. Feedback expectations
Founding Members get direct access to the founder and early input on the roadmap. We ask (but do not contractually require) that you share feedback and participate in occasional short check-ins. We may request permission to quote your feedback publicly or to describe your company as a case study — only with your separate written consent; nothing in these terms grants us that right automatically.
6. General
Founding Member subscriptions are otherwise governed by the Terms of Service (including assignment to a successor entity, data terms, disclaimers, and liability limits). We may correct clerical errors in the offer's presentation; the price lock in Section 2 is not affected by list-price changes.
